True, but they say "Clear" when they defibrilate someone because if anyone is touching the patient or the bed the patient is on, the defib is just as likely to stop the heart of anyone who gets shocked as start the heart of the patient.

They go from 200 to 1,700 volts. And the ATARI uses nine volts.

Fair enough, but I know a lot of these schematics might not specify a power source, or might have you plug yourself into what is effectively mains power (via an appliance without a fuse, maybe)
