Windows 98 SE is perfectly sufficient.

Too bad it's not safe according to today's standards. It didn't have a firewall. It was among the greatest OS of that era, that's for sure.

Regarding those microsoft burned CDs, It was so much better when you just paid once to use a program rather than this annoying monthly subscription service they try to put on everything now.
