My first quartz crystal

I hear that crystals (perhaps including quartz) can be used as fuel for advanced hyper-speed spacecraft, just like gold is a great metal to use for conducting electricity, as well as other high-tech purposes.

People "hear" many things. There's no energy in crystals that can be used for fuel.

Regarding gold, copper is a much better conductor. Gold is used where corrosion is an issue.

I'm not so sure about that. For instance, I need to see real proof that there's no energy in crystals that could be used for fuel in spacecraft. Otherwise, I don't know whether or not to believe you.

Quartz enhances energy by absorbing, storing, amplifying, balancing, focusing and transmitting. It channels universal energy. Quartz also enhances thoughts, as they are a form of energy. Try holding it in your hand while you meditate ( if you do).

You have a really nice piece of Quartz. Make sure you set it out under the full moon to charge it and cleanse it. My daughter and I have several crystals we use for different reasons and she takes care of them, cleanses them and has them set up next to her bed. Mine are also next to my mind to help with bad dreams, sleeplessness and protection.

Your Quartz is a powerful crystal so make sure you charge and cleanse. The vibration coming off of it can get weak and dull.

If you can't set it outside for the night, under the next full moon, at least put it in a window that gets plenty of the moonlight.

My daughter also cleanses hers with a beautiful piece of Selenite, if it's too cloudy outside for moonlight.
@bluejay_1919 Thank you for your reply. :)

I'm going to put it under the full moonlight next time it's possible.

I might want to try meditating again, so I'm going to use it.

Why does it have to be the light of a full moon?

Quartz crystals have been used for several purposes, such as for lighting gas stoves and as cigarette lighters, because when you apply mechanical pressure to them they release an electrical energy..Several pyramids in Egypt were constructed with granite which contains quartz crystals so imagine the amount power that exists within them!..
The "power" you're talking about comes from the mechanical pressure, not from the crystal.
The pressure squeezes out electrons. The more pressure, the more energy in the electrons.
When the pressure is lifted, the electrons are sucked back into the crystal.

Crystals in granite (or anywhere else) don't contain some sort of 'power" or energy. That energy has to be applied to the crystal from outside to get energetic electrons out.
Crystal filters have been used in radios for narrowing the bandwidth which eliminates interference from stations that are close to the station that you are listening to...Im sure other members can add more to this :)
Built one of those myself back in the 60's.

I disagree with you regarding the mechanical pressure..The Piezo-electrical effect is where the crystals internal generation of an electrical charge is brought about by an applied mechanical force..then there is the reverse piezo-electrical effect where by internal generation of mechanical strain comes from an external electrical field applied to the crystal..

The remark i made about the Pyramids containing electric energy is very true..Within granite as you know there are lots of tiny quartz crystals, and when you consider that in some of those pyramids there are stones that weigh several tons you can imagine the amount of pressure exerted on them the lower you go down the pyramid...you can WIKI what ive mentioned about piezo-electricity :)

Crystals absorb energy around them just like we do and the energy from the moon rays are more potent than the sun. Plus, the sun rays can be damaging to some crystals and the heat as well. It's not necessary to put your Quartz out every full moon, just do it as your intuition says to. I can hold them and feel if they have become stagnate.

If you're really brave...you can charge yourself in the same way. Get naked or wear minimal clothing, plant your barefeet into the ground, feel your surroundings, breathe in the fresh night air and let the moon wash you with her light :) -that's the witchy gypsy coming out of me-your neighbors might think you're a bit odd though, hehe

You state that there is fuel energy in a crystal. Unless you mean crystallized rocket fuel, there is no such thing.
You made the original claim. How about backing it up before you try to force me to prove a negative?

I already explained to you exactly how it works, and you recommend I look it up?

How about you look it up.
You know, there's electrons in everything around you, right? The presence of electrons in an object does not indicate the presence of energy in that object.

Regarding the pressure on the stones you mentioned, it is barely possible that with the addition of weight on top of the (relatively few) granite stones in the GP, there was some electrical energy squeezed out of some crystals in some granite blocks. But, as I explained, there would be no further electron flow without adding more pressure, or removing the pressure causing electrons to retake their place in the crystal lattice.

An electron isn't "energy." Energy can be added to an electron, which is what happens when electrons are squeezed out of quartz. They don't keep coming out though. For that, you have to add more pressure, which requires more energy.

Read up on my previous comments, i dont have any desire to argue with you anymore..you are wrong end of

What I said about fuel energy in crystals was not a statement, but a theory/belief. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear, but if you read between the lines, you might (or might not) have picked up on that. Again, though, I'm sorry. :(

Don't get me wrong, I am open to being educated or my theories/beliefs being disproved, but all I wanted to see was some proof.

Yeah, we need to take Bluejay's advice...get naked, grab your crystal, and run into the street on a moon lite night. Oh yes...my suggestion would be to also blow a whistle or horn, which will help with your cleansing.
