True, parading a bunch of drones around for no reason makes not sense. This makes me wonder if the drones are spraying some kind of bio-agent as they're flying around. The deep state then holds an entire state hostage when disclosure comes around. They have the cure but won't deliver it unless they're given immunity and disclosure is canceled. It's probably not a good idea to be close to one of these drones.
