Funny how they call 200x200 high resolution. While that is definitely physical size limited, it's a barely usable resolution for medical diagnosis. In another 10 years, that should be up to something more reasonable.

"Pill" cameras already exist for checking out digestive track anomalies. Supposedly they work very well.
