That's what they say.

I wish there was a way we could pull up medical records and see if he ever got treatment or who treated him and when and what was the reason given.

He tells his story in a believable way, I'm on the fence about him. I like to believe he was telling the truth, and that he was killed and it was not suicide. His ex wife even wrote a thing saying why she didn't believe he killed himself.
 
I remember seeing some stuff on Google Earth too. I found a site back then showing bunches of landing sites and other allegedly strange structures all around Dulce and other supposedly obscure places like Area 51. I have no idea if these places really do exist, but I try to keep in mind that all those "signs" over there might be just our imagination tricking us.
