Yes, it seems that way. When rude and ignorant people say that I'm hopeless, wasting their time on me and their done with me, that pretty much similar to rude Nazis on the streets of Paris threatening innocent pedestrians. I had a point of view, wanted to use this by comparison and got chided on it, yeah that pretty much Nazi goose stepping, if you ask me.

I believe he is saying "Colditz" -- which was the location of a castle used by the Nazis as a POW camp.
