Idea 25 I think was a Ronald Mallet preferred direction with "Frame Dragging" using lasers David Lewis Anderson liked a Spinning plasma (Gasses) approach among other components in the setup. By the way whatever Happened to Anderson. Someone is still keeping his website up and running and funding it.

It should be noted NP that the Delta Time Antenna is not a design of mine...Preston Nichols allegedly got the design for that antenna from some Aliens who reside in the Orion constellation...The Montauk Project Book explains everything including the "high power Delta T Antenna" which is a large version measuring about 100 feet to 150 feet from point to point and buried 300 feet underground...
