Sure, these are all emotional hot button issues that really do not do much to change the way this country is run no matter which way they are swinging. They use these to control issue voting blocs, and determine which way any given election is going to go. However the basic course of the country, that is toward statist socialist control, does not change no matter who is in power at any given time.

Once again, I notice that your style of discourse involves firing off all of your "guns" at once, in all directions, with no regard for targeting or the finer elements of engagement, such as taste, discrimination, and modulation of tone.

You are attempting, desperately and brutally, to force an enormous range of notions and feelings into one or two huge, stupid categories. Everyone is either your enemy or, what, someone who can yell along with you just as loud?

The result, in your case, is a jumble of words without clear sense. You'll have to quit doing it this way.

Also, you launched this thread to attack people you don't even know, on the basis of hearsay, and want to shout down anyone who disagrees with your blanket condemnations. That is not what this forum is about, and you'll have to stop it. This is a place for open, equal exchange of communication, not to open fresh wounds.

The country is already bleeding to death as it is. There is no call to enforce harsh divisions between people. The Minutemen are doing what they think is right, and have made an effort to proclaim that all of their actions are meant to be in strict conformance with the law. I assume that you read that in the papers the way I did, so I won't give you a "link."

Most Americans, in contrast, are content to sit on their asses and do nothing.

If you do not believe that the country is in danger from people trying to sneak across the border and either exploit the legal ambiguities or directly attack us, that is your opinion, and it has nothing to do with some sort of moral enlightenment on your part. If someone has a different opinion, it's not because he is a bigot.

Learn this from the forum: your tired old classifications of "liberal" and "conservative" no longer apply. Think in a new, unfamiliar way, and learn how the authorities want you to attack others so that you won't challenge them. Then either comport yourself in a civilized manner, or shut the hell up and go away.

Well since the guy snuck into the country his credibility zilch and none.

Now that doesnt mean someone posing as a Minute Man didnt do this to him because knowing the groups that art protesting them right now that certainly isnt above them to do something like that.

But if the stats are right then the Miniute Man Project is a success as the numbers of illegals trying to come in have dropped in half along that stretch of border.

Imagine what could be done if our own Goverment put that kind of attention on the entire border.

I wasn't callin the people here bigots just then, the minutemen, yes. But as far as the centrist sludge comment. Claiming there's one political party so all matters of bigotry are rendered moot ( because the government created them) is arrogant, ignorant, dangerous, and flat out luniacal, especially if you aren't one of the groups being persecuted. These matters are real, just because privledged white people aren't effected doesn't mean they don't matter. The government didn't create bigotry for "window dressing", it's just feeding off it.
