I am responsible for my feelings.

For instance, if I witness an animal being harmed, I might feel upset, sad, or even horrified.

However, it’s important to recognize that I choose how to respond emotionally in such situations.

The actions of others do not control my emotions; rather, my reactions are a reflection of my choices.

How could it be any other way?
 
For one....It's just my opinion, take it or leave it.
It's all in how it gets worded.

I worked at a State Mental hospital back in the day......I assisted with Lobotomy patients.

A lobotomy not only changed emotion, it also changed the patient entirely.
Feelings....and all. :(

That place gave me nightmares and I was never HAPPIER when Lobotomies were considered un-ethical practice
if not human butchery and banished for good.
