I bet somewhere in the universe there must be a Time Portal that gives you access to infinite time! We just have to explore the vastness of the universe to find it! This must be the only way because nature is more powerful than anything we can create like for example, the stars, planets, water, and even life. Instead of focusing on machines, we should focus more on nature to create natural technologies!

My logic is, if you could travel through space, you must be able to travel through time, we just have to find the right location, like for example in space you cannot go from point A to point B unless you go in the right direction, and I bet the only reason we haven’t detected a time portal is because either it is invisible for us to notice or too far away.
 
Conspiracy theories are fun, exciting, and interesting, however it doesn’t change anything in reality because they are not factual and just keeps us guessing with a doubt. With all the technology we have nowadays I don’t think the government can cover up any secrets no more. In reality I don’t think any secret can be kept for too long, it’s just human nature to let the whole world know and that is how we evolve and progressed to where we are right now. Like for example you invent a car or an airplane or a television or a computer, why would you want to keep it secret when you can turn it into a business and make money from it. The only conspiracy in my opinion is politics.

I feel it's good to explore this idea. I suggest that there are time portals, if you want to call them that, such as depicted in the television show Stargate Sg-1. And I also believe such portals are already being used by secretive military type personnel and that's why such things are being depicted in the first place, in science "fiction", which isn't always strictly fiction. One like that would be a man made Portal, but there could also be natural occuring Etheric portals, that enable similar teleportation to other realities.

However, if movement through such a portal takes one to a different time period, to me that just means it's a different location within the Milky Way's Spiral Time Streams. It's actually a displacement in Space, not Time. I feel that we need to understand that we are little consciousnesses flowing through our Life Streams, located within these Spiral Time Streams, if we are going to understand Time And Time Travel. I'm indicating here that Time is an abstract concept, that does not exist as Space does. But Spiral Time Streams do exist in Spiral Galaxies.

A super massive black hole, possibly. It has a ring singularity and creates a tunnel.
