Well done Cousin Steve for reminding us that this is a time travel book review...As usual i will strongly suggest to members or lurkers to purchase the book that first started off a major interest/investigation into time-travel, "The Philadelphia Experiment", written by Charles Berlitz and William Moore...

The book is obtainable from Amazon and Ebay, and is very very inexpensive...It was the first book ever to research the mysteries surrounding the Philadelphia Experiment in 1943 when an American destroyer escort ship the Eldridge DE-173, vanished completely from view both visual and radar tracking..

the us thresher which was said to be lost at sea i think it was was also mentioned as being used in another Philadelphia ;like experiment kit was refitted with coils to and time traveld

The USS Thresher wasnt launched until 1960 and it sank in 1963, there was nothing about it i could find relating to Time-Travel Cobber..

For those who have technical skills, I recommend the book by Alexander Frolov "New Aerospace Technologies". It can be downloaded for free on Researchgate. Maybe this will give someone a good idea for building a time machine.

This interesting book presents various ways to create the movement of bodies, i.e changes of position of an object in space-time. The principles of active (non-reactive) propulsion drives are described in the book. New methods do not require reactive mass ejection outside the vehicle. I hope that our reader will have the patience to consider examples of mechanical systems, which are shown at the beginning of the book, so that later they will see analogs when considering electromagnetic propulsion systems of a new type. In both cases, mechanical or electromagnetic technologies, you will see Aether density gradient as reason of the propulsion force. In the book we'll consider electric propulsion (it is not ionization wind method) and some antigravitation experiments. Here is presented original four-dimensional (4-D) theory to disclose chronal force technology. This 4-D force can be used for practical needs to accelerate or decelerate any processes in some area of space. In other words, this technology allow us to change rate (or speed) of existence of particles of matter in this area of space. Experiments of the author prove his theory that is based on understanding of time rate as function of volumetric energy density in some area of space. It is also new aerospace technology.
