Fans of Top Gear, Top Gear 2, and Top Gear 3000 (SNES) rejoice!

The games have been re-released on Steam. They are optimized, the UI have been updated quite a bit, and they work amazing! They included optional filters to make the 16bit graphics look smoother, or even make the game look like you're playing on a CRT TV. Pretty sweet!

You'll find all the classic tracks, cars, and the amazing music. The soundtrack of those games are awesome, especially the first Top Gear. Man, those arpegios!

I added it to my wishlist, as I hope to get it as soon as it's on sale. Should be fun to stream!

Have fun!

Not worth buying newly released games on Steam, because every time you want to play something, you are forced to download and install an update, which also breaks the game and can't be rolled back.

Can't say i have had that issue? And i am playing Helldivers 2 and Baldurs gate 3 along with a few other new games.

Same here, I've been playing games on Steam for a decade, this never happened to me.

Steam pushes the updates, but it's just a platform. The devs publish the actual updates. If a game becomes unplayable following an update, it's not Steam's fault.

I bought Dying Light on both GoG and Steam. The Steam version is always updating when I want to play the game, breaking the main game with forced DLC that can't be turned off, et cetera.

Quick search showed that is a common issue with Dying Light and Another Alien game, it has to do with updates pushed by the devs not correctly replacing the launch files on steam, sadly i cant copy and paste it as my work pc wont let me on Steam forums haha
