I did a search on this since I wasn't familiar with what you are talking about. It turns out a pirated version with all the doses is available. Them pirates seem to be getting their hands into everything.

Just go to YouTube. All the mixing is already done. Most people can't hear the frequencies that the brain responds to. But if those frequencies are used as a carrier wave for audible tones then the brain perceives them.
I use two separate generators myself, i have 300Hz sine wave in my left ear and a 308Hz sine wave in my right ear..The sum of the difference being 8Hz, which falls nicely into the Alpha range for relaxation purposes....My brain seems to adjust quickly to the 300Hz and 308Hz, i tried using a 200Hz plus a 208Hz, but it didnt feel as suitable somehow...My frequency generators are more accurate than the ones you get off the internet, i wonder if you found that out?
