Pentagon UFO Rapid Response Teams Ordered Up by Congress

Teams of Pentagon and intelligence community experts would rapidly respond to military UFO sightings and conduct field investigations under newly unveiled defense legislation set to pass Congress.

Lawmakers also want scientific and technical experts to analyze data about the objects, or what the military calls unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAP, as well as any recovered materials or medical effects, according to the text of the annual defense authorization bill released Tuesday.

The bill requires all of the findings to be collected under a new joint UAP office and delivered to Congress in annual reports and biannual briefings to defense committees, marking the most significant UFO legislation ever passed in the U.S. following high-profile encounters with unknown objects reported by the Navy.

"Protecting our national security interests means knowing who and what are flying in U.S. airspace," Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), a sponsor of the legislation, said in a statement to Military.com. "Right now, our system of tracking and identifying UAPs is scattered throughout the Department of Defense and other departments and agencies of the federal government."

The expansive measures come just two weeks after the Pentagon announced a new group aimed at collecting and analyzing UAP incidents, sending a clear message that Congress felt the department's response was inadequate.

The Navy confirmed the authenticity of three infra-red videos showing unknown objects recorded during training exercises off San Diego in 2004 and off the East Coast in 2015. Over the past four years, fighter jet pilots and crew members have publicly said they witnessed unexplainable maneuvering, including a "Tic Tac"-shaped object with no visible means of propulsion and a flying cube inside of a sphere.

Theories on UAP range from drones or unmanned aircraft built by China or Russia to extraterrestrial or interdimensional visitors.

The new legislation to collect and analyze data on such incidents was sponsored in separate bills by Gallego and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), and was cosponsored by Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

In addition to the rapid response field investigators, Congress also wants the Pentagon and intelligence community to create a science plan to understand UAP that exceed the "known state of the art in science or technology."

The bill says the information could be used to justify requests for funding in the future to "replicate any such advanced characteristics and performance" -- or reverse-engineer the UAPs.

Incidents around nuclear facilities are also noted for special attention.

Congress has never before passed legislation on UFOs, and certainly nothing near the scope of the defense bill language, said Douglas Dean Johnson, a researcher who closely follows UAP-related developments in government, and who has reported extensively on the Gallego and Gillibrand proposals.

"I have looked, and I think you will not find anything. You will find cases where Congress engaged in discourse on the issue," Johnson said.

Famous UFO initiatives in the 1940s through the 1950s such as Project Blue Book, under the Air Force, and the Condon report, sparked during a congressional committee hearing, were done without any legislation.

Decades later, the military is set to embark on a new study of flying objects, but the defense bill makes clear it won't be on the Pentagon's own terms -- and that much of the findings will be shared with Congress.

In June, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks ordered the Pentagon to create its UAP group on the same day the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a long-awaited report about the military's encounters. That report found 80 incidents of unknown objects captured by multiple sensors and 18 sightings of objects that showed unusual flight characteristics.

The ODNI report concluded that UAP could pose a national security threat. "Additional rigorous analysis [sic] are necessary by multiple teams or groups of technical experts to determine the nature and validity of these data," the report said.

The Pentagon said its new monitoring and analysis group, called the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group, or AOIMSG, would be a more organized way to collect and analyze the reports.

"We'll be as transparent as we can, but no, I don't want to leave you with the impression that there'll be sort of a regular drumbeat of, you know, of some kind of report that gets posted on a website, you know, every couple months," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said when asked whether any UAP findings would be publicly released.

The group is run by Ronald Moultrie, the under secretary of defense for intelligence and security, and overseen by an executive council headed by Moultrie and Lt. Gen. James J. Mingus, director for operations for the Joint Staff.

But yeah Project Bluebook was a whitewash.

IMO the aliens are going to show themselves within a few years and no more whitewashes will help the elite.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DoD Announces the Establishment of the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG) | NOV. 23, 2021

Today, Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks, in close collaboration with the Director of National Intelligence, directed the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security to establish within the Office of the USD(I&S) the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG) as the successor to the U.S. Navy’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force. The AOIMSG will synchronize efforts across the Department and the broader U.S. government to detect, identify and attribute objects of interests in Special Use Airspace (SUA), and to assess and mitigate any associated threats to safety of flight and national security. To provide oversight of the AOIMSG, the Deputy Secretary also directed the USD(I&S) to lead an Airborne Object Identification and Management Executive Council (AOIMEXEC) to be comprised of DoD and Intelligence Community membership, and to offer a venue for U.S. government interagency representation.

Incursions by any airborne object into our SUA pose safety of flight and operations security concerns, and may pose national security challenges. DOD takes reports of incursions – by any airborne object, identified or unidentified – very seriously, and investigates each one. This decision is the result of planning efforts and collaboration conducted by OUSD(I&S) and other DoD elements at the direction of Deputy Secretary Hicks, to address the challenges associated with assessing UAP occurring on or near DOD training ranges and installations highlighted in the DNI preliminary assessment report submitted to Congress in June 2021. The report also identified the need to make improvements in processes, policies, technologies, and training to improve our ability to understand UAP.

In coming weeks, the Department will issue implementing guidance, which will contain further details on the AOIMSG Director, organizational structure, authorities, and resourcing.

Pentagon launches preemptive strike on Senate UFO law

WashingtonExaminer: Pentagon launches a deliberate and calculated effort to undermine bipartisan legislation moving through Congress“

2. NOW IT IS A BATTLE OF ASTRO VS. AIOMSG

Adopting Sun Tzu's mantra that "victorious warriors win first and then go to war," the Defense Department has launched a preemptive strike on Congress. Specifically, a strike against congressional efforts to ramp up government research of UFOs (what the government refers to as "Unidentified Aerial Phenomena").

On Tuesday, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks announced the formation of a group to lead the government's UFO investigations. Attesting to the Pentagon's affinity for absurd acronyms, the group will be called "AOIMSG." The Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group will be supervised by the AOIMEXEC, or the Airborne Object Identification and Management Executive Council.

AOIMSG's mission: "To synchronize efforts across the [Pentagon] and the broader U.S. government to detect, identify and attribute objects of interests in Special Use Airspace (SUA), and to assess and mitigate any associated threats to safety of flight and national security."

This might sound like progress from a department that has spent much of the post-Second World War period saying UFOs are fictional. Unfortunately, it's anything but that.

In reality, this is a deliberate and calculated effort to undermine bipartisan legislation moving through Congress. That legislation centers on Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand's amendment to the 2022 Defense Act.

Now refiled with bipartisan support, Gillibrand's amendment would significantly strengthen the government's investigation of UFOs. Most notably, the legislation would do several things the AOIMSG ignores.

These include forming a well-resourced Anomaly Surveillance and Resolution Office, focusing on "transmedium" UFOs (which operate underwater, in the air, and in space) instead of the AOIMSG's focus on only those in controlled "airspace." The amendment would mandate an oversight committee that includes a range of nonmilitary experts and some civilian academics.

Congress would also mandate regular reporting, engagement with foreign allies, and a coordinated effort to research and possibly replicate UFO technologies. This seriousness matters because the most advanced UFOs are believed to be intelligently controlled vehicles of exotic propulsion, intent, and origin. As an extension, the United States better hope China and Russia don't figure out how to build these UFOs first.

Cont'd...

On that last point, Gillibrand's amendment also includes an explicit requirement for the Pentagon to brief Congress on UFO incidents involving nuclear platforms.

As first documented by Robert Hastings, UFOs bear particular interest in the military's nuclear platforms. They also saturate around high technology sites (such as those involving research into theoretical physics). The high number of UFO sightings by naval aviators operating off of U.S. aircraft carriers have been validated by the government (albeit classified in nature) as partly being a result of those platforms' nuclear reactors .

The AOIMSG does none of these things. The AOIMEXEC supervising committee will be made up only of U.S. government personnel. Moreover, the Pentagon announcement only references a responsibility to investigate UFOs only in "special use areas" such as military flight areas. It ludicrously underplays the nuclear connection here, saying incursions in these areas "may pose national security challenges." (You think?).

And, considering 70 years of effort to ignore and intimidate personnel who report UFO incidents, the Pentagon insists it takes reports of incursions "very seriously." The CIA and Air Force are of particular concern here. I can report that both remain reluctant to undertake UFO-related research and reporting (the Debrief's Tim McMillan has also reported on the Air Force concern). They are unlikely to alter their approach unless Congress enforces change.

Put simply, Congress should pretend as if Hicks's announcement never happened. It should pass the Gillibrand amendment and compel real action.

4. A BATTLE FOR DISCLOSURE IS ABOUT TO BE UNDERWAY

Basically, that means it's the Senate/Congress who want open public hearings for the people by the people also with info available to the public Vs. a closed-off project from the DoD or Department Of Defense, if you will who might end UAP transparency, altogether.

A battle for #UAPTransparancy where the UAPTF Is also being replaced by ASTRO or Anomaly Surveillance, Tracking and Resolution Office, or AIOMSG & and one should hope for ASTRO to remain victorious nonetheless in their efforts.

8. A BATTLE FOR DISCLOSURE | DOD/PENTAGON Vs. LEGISLATIVE BRANCH | A.I.O.M.S.G. Vs. A.S.T.R.O.

The Populace wants this, and we would like it. Congress is essentially promising "The Truth/Disclosure" whereas the Pentagon has established its own office. After the disestablishment of the UAPTF (UAP Task Force) and the also now-defunct programs AATIP & AAWSAP, they have built AIOMSG. We don't like this as much as ASTRO.

It is a historic day for the United States of America & the World by large, as well as UFO/UAP watchers of the 21st century during the 2020s, on the Internet and true believers everywhere celebrate in the gratitude of their congress! But... What happens then? Well... The UAP Task Force is has been divided into two replacements, one of which is coming from the DoD - Department Of Defence (AIOMSG) Of which does not have a website up and running yet(?) — The other comes from congress and will not be as secretive but will seek to provide absolute transparency and restore Gov't transparency, and... ... DoD Announces the Establishment of the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synch Discover new things about E.T. life, technology, UFOs, UAPs and etc... etc Okay, that's all cool and well and dandy and stuff, but what exactly happens next? Like who gets hired? I mean: Are they going to send out job applications for the Anomaly Surveillance, Tracking, and Resolution Office (ASTRO) - which will be run by congress? And I assume might(?) have a website at some point. I also assume the DoD will privately select people that fit the criteria. I had a conversation with someone, a member of the forum on r/UFOB about it. And they thought that having 2 offices - one in the public domain one in the private sector - could spark an internal conflict between 2 parts of the gov't and possibly a civil breakout of sorts. After that, Congress will receive regular briefings on the findings of the new UAP office multiple times per year and there will also be public hearings and reports on information that doesn’t wind up being classified. How long will it be before human beings are producing their own tic-tacs? (I mean the flying ships, not the candy.) In any event, all I can say is that it’s a very exciting time to be alive.
I'm going to repeat this part because it's important: "all of this action could be happening within the next six months."

UAPx announces significant discoveries in understanding the UFO/UAP phenomenon

r/UFOB - YEAR IN REVIEW #UFOB | IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
  • End of Year Statement (2021) on the State of UAPx UFO/UAP Research

(ProNewsReport Editorial):- Las Vegas, Nevada Dec 9, 2021 (Issuewire.com) – UAP Expeditions Organization, LLC (UAPx), (www.uapexpedition.org), an Oregon Non-Profit all-volunteer organization, releases its End of Year Statement on the State of its Unidentified Flying Object/Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UFO/UAP) research efforts.

    UAPx Overview

The primary purpose of UAPx is researching UFO/UAP while giving direct access to the general public of reviewed and analyzed data. UAPx designs, tests, implements, and utilizes specialized equipment to fill the gaps in sensor technology identified by the United States Government. Functioning as a civilian analog to the US Government’s UAPTF, the AOIMSG, and other offices tasked with studying the UFO/UAP phenomena, UAPx provides research, education, inspiration, and technological developments in the study of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

While UAPx supports efforts of organizations, such as Harvard-backed “The Galileo Project” and the “Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies,” we remain the only all-volunteer and non-funded civilian organization to have collected actionable scientific data regarding the UFO/UAP phenomena on multiple disparate sensor platforms with the goal of blind peer review and publication. However, with an internal policy of science first, UAPx remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process for collecting and analyzing intelligence on UFO/UAP from civilians across the United States. Therefore, UAPx formed a mobile investigation team for the express purpose of gathering, analyzing, and disseminating relevant data to the public as it relates to UFO/UAPs. The UAPx Mobile Investigation Team creates detailed analyses of UAP data and intelligence reporting collected during expeditions which include, but are not limited to:

    Geospatial Intelligence

    Signals Intelligence

    Human Intelligence

    Measurements and Signals Intelligence

    2021 End of Year Results

UAPx issues the following official statement regarding our collection and analysis of data as it pertains to the UFO/UAP phenomena:

Throughout 2021, UAPx members participated in expeditions in multiple locations across the American Mid-West and Southwest, areas known for high instances of reported UFO/UAP phenomena activity. In all cases, UAPx received funding from 3rd parties for the expeditions. The funding came with imposed restrictions on data release in exchange for fully financing the expeditions. UAPx expects full transparency and the expiration of these restrictions sometime between March and June 2022. When legally allowed, UAPx will provide, to the world, our reviewed and analyzed data as well as all raw data once we identify and secure storage and servers adequate to the task. It is the opinion of UAPx that the data our team collected, processed, and analyzed, is the most significant collection of scientific data regarding the UFO/UAP phenomena. UAPx adhered to strict scientific methodology in collecting the data, enabling expert analysis, and fostering peer review for potential publication in one or more scientific journals.

Throughout 2021, and across multiple investigations, UAPx collected over 600 hours of infrared video from numerous FLIR® cameras deployed at expedition locations; a combined total of three terabytes of visual imagery through multiple camera platforms; over 100 hours of radiological data from both survey meters as well as a detector designed to measure highly energetic particles from different sources when over specific flux and close enough in proximity; over 100 hours of Quantum Random Number Generator data; 1.4 Gigabytes of data from RF spectrum analysis; and the company broadcast approximately 750 megabytes of digital data towards potential UFO/UAP through the use of audio-to-multispectral output broadcast devices.

The general results from the data collection and analysis reveal a statistically significant number of anomalous objects and phenomena still undergoing examination before public release, the nature, and type of which may suggest a definitive occurrence of UFO/UAP presence and activity. Furthermore, UAPx believes that the number of incidents captured and undergoing analysis may present as statistically more significant than anticipated.

UAPx utilized disparate sensor technology to capture multiple data points. This technology provided corroborative evidence of unknown phenomena in multiple investigation locations. Preliminary analysis of our data marks a significant milestone in UFO/UAP research as UAPx believes that for the first time, we own sensor data from multiple platforms, which corroborate the data captured by other sensors during the same time frames. In addition, UAPx worked closely with providers of radar data, which allowed for additional corroborative data and assisted in eliminating false positives. Finally, data from survey meters and highly charged energetic particle detectors used by UAPx are under review for correlations in ionizing radiation events, which may occur during observation of anomalies in recorded UAPx IR and visible light video captures.

The evidentiary value of the data collected by UAPx is still under evaluation; however, UAPx believes the quality, quantity, variety, and correlative data is potentially the most significant ever captured in the research of UFO/UAP phenomena. UAPx acknowledges there may exist a sufficiently advanced human technology that is as of yet unaccounted for in the analysis. However, initial results suggest that data captured by UAPx eliminate human technology as a possibility for many instances of interest under further review.

UAPx physicists Dr. Kevin Knuth, Ph.D., and Dr. Matthew Szydagis, Ph.D., with the assistance of all UAPx team members, developed and deployed machine learning algorithms that are analyzing data from multiple instruments; they will write findings to secure publication in high-impact scientific journals through different fields of physics and related branches of science. This process requires months of analysis and writing and could take over a year, depending on the findings. External blind peer reviews are forthcoming, which adhere to the scientific method for publication. UAPx anticipates finding journal editors willing to consider our manuscripts, despite the controversial topic involved. The publication effort is a difficult uphill battle and may cause further delay in the overall release of findings. However, the internal (self-criticism and self-skepticism) and external review processes are critical to ensure all sources of error, including both statistical and systematic, are accounted for and that all results presented are factually accurate and precise to the best of our knowledge.

In short, UAPx, through multiple investigations, utilized an array of disparate sensor technology and captured data that, on initial analysis, may suggest the presence of UFO/UAP existence and activity. UAPx defines UFO/UAP as a technology not created by humans after all other known possibilities are eliminated to the best of our scientific abilities.

In 2022, UAPx will continue searching for technosignatures in both our skies and below our waters while attempting to identify their origins and dispensations. As our expeditions continue, UAPx will also launch fundraising programs so that future expeditions are not restricted in data release; ensuring the general public benefits from more immediate access to information. Currently, persons and organizations wishing to donate to UAPx may do so through the donation link of the UAPx website.

The following named individuals contributed to the collection and analysis of data throughout 2021 and are expressly thanked by UAPx for their dedication to scientific principles and the professional standards required to advance the conversation on UFOs and UAP:

20. THE POPE INDIRECTLY CONFIRMS THE EXISTENCE OF ALIENS/EXTRA-TERRESTRIALS

  • The Vatican confirms the existence of aliens. Pope Benedict XVI: Aliens are our brothers! 2022
  • The Vatican confirms the existence of aliens. Pope Benedict XVI: Aliens are our brothers! 2022 The role of the Vatican in the official disclosure of the existence of extraterrestrial life has recently entered a renewed focus, with two related developments on June 14, 2017. The first is an interfaith initiative of several world religious leaders, including Pope Francis, to promote friendship and unity between communities of diverse faith through a joint declaration. According to the secret space programs of the revealer Corey Goode, Pope Francis and other world leaders have been contacted by a group of four human-looking extraterrestrial civilizations that encourage them to unite, as a prelude to the establishment of a new global religion. The second development was the synchronous launch on June 14 of an alleged Majestic Document-12 that describes four groups of aliens known to the military intelligence community, including one that looks human and friendly. He states that formal diplomatic relations began with the human-looking group during the Eisenhower administration and continue in secret to the present day. When it comes to the role of the Vatican and extraterrestrial life, it is important to note that the Catholic Church has long played a major role in secret diplomatic relations with aliens, dating back at least to the post-World War II era. This involved high-level cooperation with the US military intelligence community. It will become one of the many announcements of possible extraterrestrial revelation that will come and go in the coming decades, some of them involving the Vatican in a prominent role, as we shall see. In the U.S. American contractors. It is highly doubtful that the Vatican shared these goals of "great power," given its traditional focus on "soft power" in associating the church with progressive ideas such as social justice, the eradication of global poverty, religious tolerance, and so on. Secret diplomatic relations with the aliens have continued, according to the recently leaked Majestic 12 evaluation document. A meeting followed in July 1954, five months after the initial meeting at Edwards AFB Base. Here Eisenhower established full diplomatic relations with human-looking alien visitors. Decades later, in February 2008, the Catholic Church played a major role in the United Nations' secret talks on revealing the reality of extraterrestrial life. It has been said that as a result of these discussions, the Catholic Church will lead the way in promoting greater openness to the issue of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. This alleged evolution at the United Nations coincided with the head of the Vatican Astronomical Observatory, Father Gabriel Funes, giving an interview entitled "The alien is my brother", published by the Vatican daily L'Osservatore Romano on May 13, 2008 Although the existence of secret UN talks in 2008 continues to be hotly debated, the timing of Funes' interview makes it plausible that these events took place as independents claimed. Increasing the credibility of these disclosures are the recent comments by Corey Goode, who was told by his sources that a disclosure initiative did take place in 2008 and that the Vatican was a key player. Numerous further developments have taken place since 2008, with the Vatican sponsoring Astrobiology conferences since 2009 on the scientific and social implications of extraterrestrial life. Vatican astronomers have also been very active in public exploration of issues such as "aliens can be baptized," as exemplified in a 2014 book by Brother Guy Consolmagno entitled "Will You Baptize an Alien?"

  • Christmas Day launch confirmed for James Webb Space Telescope
  • After a one-day delay to assess threatening weather, mission managers decided to press ahead with plans to launch the $10 billion James Webb Space Telescope on Christmas Day, NASA announced Wednesday.
Arianespace, the European consortium that markets and launches Ariane 5 rockets, now plans to haul the space telescope and its booster to the launch pad in Kourou, French Guiana, on Thursday. That will clear the way for a launch attempt at 7:20 a.m. EST Saturday, the opening of a 32-minute window.

25. THE GALACTIC FEDERATION & HUMANITY 'NOT READY'
Has the State of Israel made contact with aliens?

According to retired Israeli officer and current professor Haim Eshed, the answer is yes, but this has been kept a secret because "humanity isn't ready."

Speaking in an interview to Yediot Aharonot, Eshed – who served as the head of Israel's space program for nearly 30 years and is a three-time recipient of the Israel Security Award – explained that Israel and the US have both been dealing with aliens for years.

And this by no means refers to immigrants, with Eshed clarifying the existence of a "Galactic Federation."

The 87-year-old former head of the Defense Ministry's Space Division gave further descriptions about exactly what sort of agreements have been made between the aliens and the US, which ostensibly have been made because they wish to research and understand "the fabric of the universe." This cooperation includes a secret underground base on Mars, where there are American and alien representatives.

If true, this would coincide with US President Donald Trump's creation of the Space Force as the fifth branch of the US armed forces, though it is unclear how long this sort of relationship, if any, has been going on between the US and its reported extraterrestrial allies.

But Eshed insists that Trump is aware of them, and that he was "on the verge" of disclosing their existence. However, the Galactic Federation reportedly stopped him from doing so, saying they wished to prevent mass hysteria since they felt humanity needed to "evolve and reach a stage where we will... understand what space and spaceships are," Yediot Aharonot reported.

As for why he's chosen to reveal this information now, Eshed explained that the timing was simply due to how much the academic landscape has changed, and how respected he is in academia.

"If I had come up with what I’m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized," he explained to Yediot.

He added that "today, they’re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards; I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing."

Eshed provided more information in his newest book, The Universe Beyond the Horizon – conversations with Professor Haim Eshed, along with other details such as how aliens have prevented nuclear apocalypses and "when we can jump in and visit the Men in Black." The book is available now for NIS 98.

While it is unclear if any evidence exists that could support Eshed's claims, they did come just ahead of a recent announcement by SpaceIL, the group behind Israel's failed attempt to land a spacecraft on the moon in 2019.

Uploaded to social media with the text "Ready to get excited again?," the announcement contained a 15-second video of the moon with text saying "Back to the Moon," followed by the date of December 9, 2020.

It is likely that this is a follow up to the Beresheet spacecraft, which crashed after engineers lost contact with it just minutes before it was due to land. However, the follow up project, titled Beresheet 2, is expected to take three years to be ready.

Here's an easter egg too, Just for fun: Baba Vanga | The Complete List of Predictions

You can also search for it. I noticed that the later posts on her say that the "Alien Ship is called Oumuamua" but I did some digging and linked some older articles in that Pastebin there. It says that nothing about the name of any vessel only that aliens invade earth in her predictions and in some interpretations they say that they imprison humans. I think that's the most complete list of all.
