So this is interesting. When Titor talked about a Waco-type event, we only had one such incident as our frame of reference. Namely, the Waco siege in which 87 civilians, including women and children, were murdered by government agents using all sorts of military weapons and tactics (machine guns, flame throwers, tanks, etc).

Then this past Sunday, another event happened in Waco. This time, it was several armed motorcycle gangs shooting at each other, with cops shooting at them, too. Though the death toll is far lower at 9 victims, it's noteworthy that something like this happened in that particular town.

Titor talked about his time machine having 2% divergence, whatever that means. One of the biker gangs involved in the event refers to themselves as the 1%. This is probably coincidence, but it's interesting nonetheless.
So the question now becomes, which particular event was Titor referencing?
