How do State Machines, complilers, position independant executables, and pulse width modulation independantly fit into what we already know about DNA and RNA?...Please explain how do "state machines" for example, begin life within the structure of our DNA in which almost every cell in a persons body has exactly the same DNA?..

A state machine (or compiler) reads one string and prints out another, just like generating RNA from DNA. The automata was first thought of as a theoretical machine, without knowing that each of our cells were full of automatas.

DNA contains conditional statements for activating generation of RNA, like how I was born blond with blue eyes, liking shrimps with no allergies. At certain ages, conditions to my DNA changed resulting in RNA making me dark haired, dark eyed, hating shrimps and allergic to most things. Like remembering a previous life of a different person who liked sailor suits and boats.
