What if Aliexpress flashlight lumen ratings were real?

Aliexpress is full of fake claims about lumen ratings of flashlights because some buyers have no clue that 800 lumens is around the upper limit of what's physically possible for a tiny flashlight without instantly draining the battery and burning your hand.

At 1400000 lumens, glass would melt.

What would happen if someone got a real 999000000 lumen flashlight from Aliexpress in a small pocket format and turned it on? Around 1000 times the strength of military grade weapon lasers on fighter jets. The only thing I'm certain of is that the seller would claim no responsibility by having supplied according to the technical specification.

Asked a salesman if the "999000000 lumen" flashlight comes with a portable nuclear reactor to provide the ten megawatts of energy.
