whats the deal with Osaka bay

is that creepy or what
 

I would imagine they have tested the water but I haven't seen any results shown. If I were to hazard a guess I might say possible yellow sandstone contamination from the underground volcanic/seismic action churning up the sediment. An outside guess might be sulfur from volcanic activity underwater.
