No one wrote the Bible. There were a bunch of texts by a bunch of people that the Christians had to try to sort through and decide which ones were in line with the generally accepted status quo.

Either that, or they wouldn't get the official backing of the Roman Empire.

Everyone knows Jesus wrote the Bible, he was the Stephen King of his time. Rumor has it he was writing a 2nd Bible before he was crucified.

He did. They called it the New Testament though. Jesus had miraculous abilities. I heard that he went far into the future and obtained a hand held recorder, went back and dictated everything. All they had to do was transcribe the tapes...rumor has it that he brought a package of underwear back with him as well. I don't know if it's true but they say he often complained that his dress was a bit too breezy. Who knows...
