Societal limits/attitudes/conscience haven't appeared abruptly, spontaneously, popping out from a mysterious void. It's a process that has been developing down the ages, since the dawn of what is called civilization. This is how the ideas are solidified becoming rules. A lot of words have appeared after the Industrial Revolution that brought about the Social Revolution. And one of this words is the current adjective 'counterproductive'.The Industrial Revolution has been an unprecedented phenomenon in the man's history. A overwhelming change of values, something unpredictable in its effects, such as=Women's lib, human rights, the advent of the mass media, advanced studies, inventions never seen before, new techonologies in almost all fields of knowledge, bewilderment before new moral challenges as how to deal with abortion, the moral crisis, the popularization of drugs, the increase of the cities, the population explosion, inability of the brain to deal with and catch up with the increasing rapidity of changes, the ever growing materialism, the decrease of the quality of living despite the apparent emerging facilities, loneliss in the moral field, acute generalized depression, religious conflicts, wars, the atomic bomb threat, the nuclear menace, the sky wars, racist conflicts, rumors and scandals, worker strikes, the hippies and the pot, social paranoia of possible invaders from the space, the possible alien descent, the greenhouse effect, and so on.It is quite easy to expose the evil of the so called civilization. It is quite difficult to teach someone who has never considered the possibility this societal rules is just a man-made thing, the product of the wrong view into things. It is crucial to develop the right insight into it. All of those phenomena are to be seen under a new perspective, in their historical context. The right insight is the very perception. It is extremely shallow to judge these phenomena by a mind contaminated, partial, that takes sides. And all in all 'everything is in its own way'.Societal principles have been materialized, established, concreted as a conceptual framework of a steady status-quo- the existing state of affairs had to mainted/preserved so that order should prevail and wouldn't subside.=demanding productivity, acquisitiveness, the idea of award and punishment.-to be awarded a productivity bonus versus being fired as punishment to have been unproductive or counterproductive.-unability of the managers to curb the excesses of the ever-growing productivity process.-the demanding expectations of productivity including tags as counterproductive or unproductive.-competition and gossiping around as societal control.-overburdened workers and the first ideas of the working laws.-questionable progress that decreased the quality of living to both managers and employees.Funny that the idea of reward and punishment has already existed in the Middle-Ages. It's been like a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's been materialized at last, the fear that had been theoretically expected, that had captured man's imagination had become obvious with the Industrial Revolution and the Social Revolution that followed. Being productive, competent, effective employees would be awarded a rise in salary and everything that went with it-Heavens and all its glory. The unproductive or counterproducted, disobedient-to be dismissed-to the deepest pits of hell.All of the effects of the Social Revolution provided by the Industrial One have brought us a materialist philosophy imping on every aspect of our lives today.A dual faced society based in contradiction- a man-made tribal collective mind where citizens are told to imitate in order to be accepted.-Regulations mainly based on fear and resignation to the fate, in submittion, as regular as clock-work.-The establisment of the idea that the ends justify the means, the idea of failure or success.-The increase of violence-crude or subtle.- too much.violence is shown on television, etc. to depict the deplorable state of a deranged mind.- Sporadic outbreaks of violence in the crowd.-dehumanization.- Rough treatment using physical force on other specially to hurt or harm them to manipulate them better.- The subtle violence as offensive language.- Demagogic speeches on the part of the politicians.- The eternal nagging around between couples, parents and children- a continuous annoyance to persuade someone by finding faults, complaining and emotional blackmail.- Misleading someone into doing what he/she didn't want to by persuation, or even seduction in order to manipulation.- Moral indulgence in underpaying the employees.-Severe overhypocritical strictness concerning to the sexual moral abusing minorities.

Why overciting such an enciclopaedia?
The religious problem cannot be found alone, per si. It is interdependent and intercommunicates with the socio-political development. Always connected to the interests of the dominant elit. Today things have not changed they only moved over to a new address. Knowledge means power. Relating to the old religion that provides the mindset for social politic interchanges we know the dominant elit ....today our representatives the military they go on a many decade long cover up relating to extraterrestrial the so called UFO the cattle mutilation. They cannot reveal the fact that other worldly beings with high tech rule our world. What eould become of the religious creeds we know we were taught to believe. What would become of these exploiters of the human weakness? How could they take advantage of the ignorant? Above all there are a higher class of beings who take over. So when they go to harvest those black military hellicopters fly along hovering the pastures where flesh and blood samples will be taken by the extraterrestrials.
