All the data you have mentioned is transferred via electromagnetic waves, which travel at the speed of light.
Of course, that would be the wireless data. In a wire, the data would travel somewhat slower.
And yes, energy is bound by spacetime. Possibly potential energy may not be, if it's gravitational potential.
There is a theory that gravity "leaks" out of the space-time continuum, which would explain (among other things) why it's so weak in comparison to other forces.
