easily. Another Oswald. Lee Harvey Oswald didn't shoot JFK at all so why not?
 
Since the building was outside the inner perimeter, the SS should have had some local cops wandering around on top of that building. The cops only had to be there to deter anyone from climbing up. Not exactly difficult or costly to do.

I think we all know the secret service was trying to help the shooter murder Trump.
Let's not be afraid to say it. They can't silence all of us. It was a C-O-N-S-P-I-R-A-C-Y
period. Tell everyone you know. And Biden was in on it too.

Something like this literally happened to a guitarist in one of my Prog Rock bands.

He wouldn't shut up about 9/11 .

He disappeared on some false domestic charges.
