Can NASA provide hard evidence of the Apollo Moon landings?, apparently they say that they can!!..
The "astronauts" brought back approximately 837 pounds (380kgs) of Moon rocks and soil samples, from the combined Apollo missions..
So, Moon rocks prove the landings dont they?, only if it can be established that they did not dig them out of the Earth firstly!..
Meteorites have been found in Antartica, which proved to have the same characteristics as the Moon rocks, Really??..
Back in 1967, two years before Apollo 11, NASA set up an expedition to Antarctica, joined by the German rocket engineer, Wernhner Von Braun, who was the leading propagandist for all the Lunar missions...Antarctica is the region of Earth with the largest concentration of Meteorites, but it is not known if that expedition included geologists, nor if any Meteorites were actually brought back!..
Infact, it was not until 1972 that Lunar Meteorites were "officially" discovered in Antarctica, their "Moon origin"was of course being determined by "comparison" with the Moon samples brought back by the Apollo crew members,....Therefore the Moon rocks are by no means a way of "proving" that they had been brought back from the Moon, or from Antarctica, or somewhere else on Earth for that matter!!..
But, things get worse for NASA..some of the so called Moon rocks have been proved to be fakes...In the 1990s a British astrobiologist Andrew Steele was granted special privilege to get close to some of the precious Moon rock samples, locked in a number of NASA safes...All that Steele discovered in those "safes" were a bristle, bits of plastic, nylon and teflon, and tiny Earth animals!!

..
Another Moon rock made the headlines.....forty years after, having being handed personally by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to the Dutch Prime Minister, the rock was scrutinised and proven to be petrified wood!!....Ok, so a few fake Moon rocks does not necessarily prove beyond doubt, that all Moon rocks are fake...However, it should be reason enough for starting a systematic scientific examination of the dozens of other Moon rock samples, that the USA generously and ceremoniously gave away in 1970!!...But will that EVER happen??..
This is the photo of the "Moon Rock" that turned out to be petrified wood, which was valued at £308,000!!
