Can a Ouija Board Lie?

Halloween was yesterday. We're overdue for a Ouija Board discussion! ;) šŸŽƒ

When you're using a Ouija Board, you're sitting in front of it with friends. You all have many questions in mind.

Will the board work? Will it answer? Will the answers make sense? Or... What if the answers are lies?

We know that all spirits are not benevolent. Some are pure evil, while others don't care at all. What if you got a spirit who likes to give out misleading answers and trick you into believing this or that?

How would you know?

From what i've observed ets, demons and angels all lie so it doesn't matter who or what you channel through board or other means. Angels tend to lie more because they try to keep the truth from you, demons tell the truth more because they want your head to get fucked up over certain things and ets...well, all three groups have an agenda.
They all try to steer you one way or the other to serve that agenda.

Is whoever or whatever in complete control of your hand or is it just sending the information & your body is moving the planchette?

If it's the latter, then I wonder if our unconscious interpretation/moving of the signal is always accurate.

I often use a pendulum. The last time I used it, the answers were around 90% correct.

So does the human interface misinterpret or somehow bias the outcome, or do they lie?

I have had some very scary sessions with a Ouija board. Not used for a long time.

Answer to Num7's question : I dunno. šŸ˜¶ā€šŸŒ«ļø

This is why personal discernment is so important to learn.
If you're only out looking for water a pendulum won't steer you wrong so long as you're in tune and set it properly but when it comes to bigger picture stuff there is a limit of what answers you have possibly contracted not to receive and what your guides think is in your best interest to know about. If you've contracted here to get in a car crash in order to open up your psychic abilities the pendulum will never let you know it. But if its not in your contract as part of your blueprint then it would warn you of such things, even angels here will often step in to keep you safe in those kind of circumstances.

Making an assumption that pendulums or dowsing or boards sometimes tell you the truth is about the best you can do when it comes to forewarning.

Thank you, @8thsinner for all the help in your post. It has been invaluable.
Stepping away from the original post, I wanted to share my first hands-on experience with dowsing rods.
This was about four years ago when I was looking for a water source.
A guy showed up, walked around with the rods in hand, and they started moving, indicating, as he said, a water source.
I wasn't skeptical, but I try to keep an open mind about these things and need some sort of proof.
I decided to try using them myself.
I was astonished!
The rods swung around, identifying water sources. Depending on the amount of available water, they moved strongly or weakly.
However, I just don't know what it's all about.
Surely, spirits aren't responsible for this—are they?
As a side note, I'm so glad I found this forum because I have so many questions that have, at times, confounded me. Thank you!

No its not spirits, your heart has an electromagnetic field of its own that can stretch out 18 miles beyond your body at its highest that I've heard of. But on the average person its only about 10m on a really happy day. But this is still deep enough that when its near water the body feels it. The dowsing rods and pendulums are just a tool to allow the body to create a readable signal of micro frequencies when its emf is near water, the signal gets amplified over the length of the chain or rod into noticable movement.
If you can learn to recognize the feeling itself you wouldn't need the rods at all. But many would have too much self doubt to trust such subtle feelings and thus need the rod
