It appears that you don't have a firm understanding of what Neocon means.

Instead of "neocon," you should use the term "asshole" if you mean "someone I don't like or agree with."

I would venture to guess that you yourself (and most people) have many points of agreement with the stated philosophy and points of view of the actual Neocons.
