I second that. I think its more of a spiritual influence more than a mental one. Observing weather and my spiritual journey the past 12 months has been interesting. Even briefly in 2013. In 2013 I travelled thru New Mexico and Arizona in winter. I got to a hotel at about 10pm with inches of snow and heavy snow falling. When I woke up the sun was shining and the ground was dry. I was not familiar with the effects of dry air til I saw that.

Iam certain you are quoting "Sods Law", that states if something is going to happen when you dont want it to happen, then its going to happen!!. Nothing to do with the mind or spirituality ..
