Do you believe an actual Time Traveler would end up here on Paranormalis?

The value of time travel is not in altering a parallel timeline, but in the ability to retrieve lost objects and information, unless of course you intended to stay on that altered timeline. Children are the future. The information that we instill in them today, we reap tomorrow. You didn't actually think that we were going to live forever did you?

I'm not sure I understand what your post means; the value of time travel isn't what this thread is about - it's about the value of spending those resources to cross time and space to visit a website. Seems like it'd be just as effective to visit the Internet Archive and search existing databases... Because this stuff is already there.

Your logic seems to suggest that building a 900 foot robot is a good idea because you want to walk down the street and have an ice cream.
 
John Titor came here a dozen years ago, left behind valuable information and schematics. Which came first? The time traveler or the schematics? John's ultimate mission may have been a self fulfilling prophecy, also known as the "loop effect". He only has the machine in 2036, because he left himself the plans in 2001. Imagine the terminator series of movies storyline. John Connor only exists because he sends Kyle Reese back in time to become his father. John Titor's medium was online forums. He obviously knew exactly what to do, and how to do it, because for him, it had already happened before. He did exactly what he had to do.

Seems like we're on two totally different wavelengths... I don't see how your responses have anything to do with my questions.
 
Imagine that you were given a mission, travel back to 1980, find Steve jobs, ensure that he gets information and technical schematics for future apple tech. If you know where to find jobs, then your job is fairly easy and direct. This is what John Titor did with the GE C204. Your logic questioned why he would time travel instead of researching databases, John was not here to observe anything. John cultivated our timeline as a farmer tends to his crops.
 
absolutely they would. Not all time travelers have machines that can take them thousands of years into the future. Most designs only go to the immediate future...couple months, years, etc.

So yeah, you can easily make the assumption they are here now and have been in abundance.

Time travel has so much novelty attached. In reality it's a natural and easy thing to do. once ya get over the novelty you find time travelers everywhere. It's just a social faux pas to say you are now, cuz of the toxic skepticism and mental illness label stigma applied.

If you're not willing to disclose everything about your time machine, adventures, schematics, photographs people don't belive ya. So that shuts most up. Kinda like aliens that are garrisoned on earth in normal day jobs, the novelty drives people insane when they admit they're an alien. So again, people with extraordinary abilities, tech and experience shut up.

In my experience humoring these people with long lasting patience and manners really makes them trust ya and open up. Forums are notorious places for jerks. Indulge everyone and listen. TONS of people wishing someone would listen at length to their story without proof. Nobody does. It's why most don't know any secrets.

soon as you say 'where's the beef' they leave. People really have nothing to offer these people other than fear, humiliation, unwanted attention, and possibly endangering their life. KNOW YOUR PLACE.

If you had something to offer them like an exchange of valuable technical knowledge, other time traveler contacts, healing tech or whatever then they will value your relationship other than frivilous conversation.

Of course there's scammers, everyone gets scammed when they listen to everyone. Hazard of the job, however you will find not everyone is and you'll get a gem who gives ya proof.

Rule is: Friendly relationship first to establish trust, trade valuable information, proof last.

You'd be really shocked at how lonely these people are and absolutely no one then can truly trust to share their experiences. Num7 is right, this was a great idea, unfortuantely these subject topics attract the outliers of society who act like children. That scares away the people we are trying to attract. Take the subject matter seriously and act with integrity at all times. Treat this place like a temple.

There should be a 'rules of conduct' pdf here...so we don't scare away timid time travelers.

If anything a completely private forum probably would be best, Num7 get on it. hehe.
I mean the people here who know really juicy things, keep it to private convos or through other ways to communicate.

Cosmo, time travelers, dimensional travelers who come from our main time period(say from 70yrs ago to 70yrs into the future) are seriously lonely people. Of course they'd look for people interested.

Have you really not tried to discuss legitimate time travel stuff with ordinary people? they are not interested even in the slightest.

anyways this time period and for decades has had full time travel technology disclosure made public. It's in the free energy literature. As I have said before people don't take the subject serious long enough to get through all the technical literature in the free energy community. They give up let alone build anything.
 
In the midst of time itself, the construct itself is a human delusion.
There is no time, there is only infinite possibility's & previous outcome that were altered.
To travel through space, is to travel through time.
Gravity itself is the key balance to time travel, thus mass & matter are the outcomes of times displacement.

So in a sense of saying, a "Time traveler's would pick communities such as 'paranomalis', just to interact with individuals that are like minded...
Time travelers can't just go into a public place and have a full of conversation with someone with out being looked at as if their psychotic, in the absence of the human mind lies the doormat of imagination of infinite futures.
This dimensional plain is no different then its counter twin, only a slightly different outcome would change its course directive.

Most time travel teams learn this to be absolute, after only going into a different paradox, and when they try to come back to their own timeline, its altered in some way.
That's the downside and risk one must undergo, to never have the same paradox remain intact exactly as it was before you left.

So, in this forum, it's a perfect way for a traveler to always come back to the original objective because of internet records, but it would still slightly be changed.
The possibility of you actually being able to meet up with someone you met in a different dimension of existence is slight & slim to none.
