A jar is a closed container. The earths atmosphere has no container at all. The gasses in the atmosphere are free to escape out into space if needed. Also you are incorrect about the infrared energy. The CO2 will absorb infrared but will lose that energy in the form of mechanical collisions with other atoms. Those mechanical collisions are what we refer to as temperature. This is basic mechanics. Isn't this taught in schools anymore?

How much energy does it lose and how much energy is reradiates towards Earth's surface? Sources?

This is basic knowledge that is taught in high school physics, mechanics, and chemistry courses. No energy is re-radiated. In order to get a re-radiation of energy you would need to construct something like a laser. You will also be taught that hot air rises. Any absorbed IR energy will cause a gas to expand. Which lowers its density. Hot air is usually used to power hot air balloons. Any energy that comes to the earths surface comes from an external energy source like the sun.

why does a photon that was absorbed by a co2 molocule exit the molocule in x direction. Which direction would the photon go when and why?
 
The conditions for photon re-emission don't exist in the atmosphere. The atmosphere is an open container. There are no reflective barriers in the atmosphere to produce a preferred direction of emission. A pocket of CO2 gas in the atmosphere if hit with infrared energy would expand equally in all directions. This property is shared by all gasses. The expansion results in a cooling effect which will equalize with surrounding gas temperatures.

Almost all of the energy put into the system will expend this way. A property of all gasses is that during expansion a cooling effect is observed. This is the key operating principle behind how refrigeration systems work. I've never come across any info that shows gravity contributes to energy loss. But I am of a firm belief that gravity bleeds off energy from all systems in motion.
