I do recall downloading that book for free. It was either on this site or the internet. You might try doing a search for it here in the search box.

right. You said you don't have a scanner, so would your friend be able to copy the pages and send them to me? It seems like a laborious and arrogant idea, but I really wanted this file. I'm Brazilian and we don't have access to many of these things here precisely because the population is quite indifferent to this type of content, but not me. I await your response and I hope it is positive, because I have already looked for this book on several sites. I hope it's not so many pages that it doesn't give you work. Thanks in advance.
