So they want to keep Joe Biden in hmmm but what if this lead to WW3 china invade or alien project bluebeam?
 
These things have been coming out every night for nearly a month now... yet our government is too incompetant to capture one. At the very least they could have rammed another drone into one and brought it down in an open area. Fly beside it in a police helicopter and shoot one with a rifle. A little less destructive would be to fire a pressurized PVC air cannon full of long string fragments into one of the propellers to jam it up. (a common citizen could do this) There are also nets and EM weapons. Hell, a disembodied microwave oven magnetron could probably jam the control system and cause one to crash. This isn't rocket science.

In my state, I believe that it's against the law to shoot down privately owned drones.
I have a neighbor who has a drone and he nearly lost it due to flying it near me while I was standing in my front yard.

He saw me grab my rake and off it went. ;)

However.... Since the subject of war is in the air and there's no transparency behind these sightings, I think I would take one down and then take photos of it and THEN call the authorities.

Having your own evidence speaks volumes at times.
