F=1/T is right
now identify F and T.
then you got it.

identifying planck time is the challenge.
then you can rebuild all of physics

smallest bit of 'movement'
F is the rate that x amount of events happen per second so in a sense F = Frequency of the field and T = F because T= F it just means it represents frequency of the field and the rate which you rotate the field will determine how fast time moves

The George Van Tassell "interview" was about a four storey building that houses a Time-Machine somewhere in Santa Monica that can display images from a persons thoughts....

For example if you wanted to see and hear the crucifixion of Jesus, all you needed to do was to "think about it" inside the Time Machine and Van Tassel believed magnetism and electricity can be coupled together with a 50,000 volt electrical supply to create the images that you think about..

An alien landed its flying saucer on an aircraft strip and gave Van Tassell the "formula" for the Time-Machine (F=1/T) in 1953 and after some experiments scientists built the huge time machine, which sounded very much like a chronovisor..

IMHO, Van Tassells body language and speech plus his "formula" (F-1/T) during the interview was simply a collection of lies and utter BS!!

try to remember,
there's timewaves that compose the universe, matter everything...
then artificially made timewaves ontop of that zipping along.

he frequency of the 1st is unknown
the frequency of the 2nd is determined by equipment
So the frequency of time never changes it stays the same
