Article depends primarily on newspaper articles. I've already addressed that.

Other "sources" are fantastic descriptions by European explorers, equally unreliable.
The authors (both are fringe authors conning the general public - Viera also ran a con on a television show that's no longer on the air and never found any evidence of giants) also state the "double row of teeth" which has never been evidenced. I will point out that it is known that some native skulls were decoratively altered after death by the natives themselves, a couple of which had some extra teeth added artificially as part of the decoration.

One interesting photo is of Edward Cook with a couple of people from the Ona (AKA Selk'nam) tribe in Patagonia (Tierra Del Fuego.) Cook found some tall people there, but they averaged about 6 ft. Here's some more on Cook's record of this (not given in the article):


Lastly, these two hucksters have included a picture of a postcard. The postcard has a picture of a partial skeleton, which is real enough, and a claim at the bottom, which is completely unevidenced:

This skeleton could be from literally anywhere on Earth. It could also measure any length you want. It is DEFINITELY not from any burial at Ohio's Serpent Mound though. If you take some time to research this postcard, you'll find that it is most likely associated with a supposed collection of graves found by an Ohio farmer that were never investigated by anyone other than the farmer and (perhaps) a couple of locals.

This reliance on unevidenced claims exposes the desperation evident in people that have some deep need for actual giants to have existed.
