call me girly and squeamish but I personally find the idea of eating bugs disgusting
and like something out of a horror movie. Most people seem fine with it though.

I knew a Mexican guy that offered me some crickets cooked with garlic. I declined. But apparently it is a common food for Mexicans.

be our only source of protein. not necessarily good for you.
Flies and crickets carry toxins. Probly more than any other animal

A lot of non vegan drinks and food already contain insects. From cochineal to some kind of waxy insect based coating on candy etc. Anyhow almost all non vegan red dye is bugs

Went to a museum and they had candy with full insects inside of them. My nephew tried convincing me to get him a sucker but I told him no and that if he tried it he would just get mad about the grossness
