I have some that just plain "suck" and I am fearful that a stake thru the heart or even beheading won't effect the desired results. You'd need to know them to appreciate thhe "desired results' part of the comment.

Good book, could be better. The movies was beter than the book. I've met her and she isn't as creepy in real life as Stephen King is.

Vampires are at the immortal class ( or highest 'level' ) finding one will be hard enough but, like most other creatures they have no interest in befriending humans at all. As for vampires dying in the sun, they get a bad sun burn if exposed to much
