Actually no, that's pretty much what those pictures were for. He couldn't craft a fact-based defense, so he utilized shock value to get his point across, and yes BULLY people into their own opinions. I'm sorry but what does a picture of a horribly injured, burned Iraqi have anything to do with...anything? Correct me if I'm wrong but this thread is about VirtualGirl's new Titor info, so I really can't imagine what those pictures were for, if not to manipulate people's opinions. I'm not saying I disagree with his opinion, I'm just saying he went about proving/expressing it completely the wrong way. I am for pro-choice, so this doesn't match exactly, but have you ever seen pro-life demonstrators with their horrific images of dead babies, and all that bullshit? Well this is pretty much the same thing.

I have to say that posting those pictures are going a bit to far. Those pictures served no purpose for the subject of this thread. On the other hand I have to agree with your statement. It's something I have been seeing lately throughout this board. Well known members stroking their egos and insulting others, but when the lesser known members speak back they get stepped on and told they are disrupting the community and are offending everyone. I am starting to find this trend to be disturbing. Some people around here need to put their testerone and ego away.

Not tryin to argue here, but I wouldn't equate posting some pictures to verbally or physically abusing someone into submission (which I think is what bullying is), but I will agree, I could have lived with atleast a warning before the dead kid.

VG and Mud: Larry Haber drinks his coffeee black with no sugar and speaks with typical laconic reserve even when excited. If you get a chance to go to Celebration, just off US 192 from I4 Tampa if you are going South, you'll likely bump into him at the coffee House, just opposite the Church. Best time for it is a Sunday morning, he get his Coffee and newspapers early.

Why would you hire Larry and not some hot-shot defense Lawyer, or Prosecution Lawyer. Larry and people like him perform one unique service for Celebrity clients, they decide what is news and what is not and if you ain't with their 'not' list, you're in Court. So, there is not much of a mystery there to be honest if you accept that publicity is a commodity in the Titor case. Even if you don't see it, the family does.

I have to say that the rest of your revelation is extremely subjective and based on the smallest scraps of evidence woven with convenient urban myth already surrounding JT. I would offer more to the debate by way of hard evidence before you make such proclamations as JT being proven to be a hoax on the basis that you have set out here. More rigour is required to be honest.

I thought that they were funny in place of any form of erstwhile argument from the poster. Did he run out of steam, or acerbic arguments first? I dunno as I glazed over with most of his drivel...

Anyhow, try again, but don't make it such a flaccid argument next time Girls.

A few were funny, but one or two had to be removed as they showed stuff like a burned Iraqi child... Not something people want to see. Not in this forum anyway ;) That kind of stuff should probably go in War & Weaponry or something.

And have you actually met that lawyer?

i always thought Haber was more connected with Oliver Williams than the family. I mean think about it, do you really have a 'family lawyer' that's an entertainment lawyer? I'm sure Haber was connected to the "Titors" by Oliver Williams. Also, if Titor is a fake name, how can they "own" the story?

What made you think Oliver ever hired Haber to represent himself? He might have. I don't know. I'm just asking. Have you read anything?

Well, the John Titor Foundation owns the copyright to the book or story. Titor could have called himself John Cockadoodledoo if he wanted to.....whoever the JTF is put the book together from the posts on the internet and copyrighted it. It didn't have much to do with the name Titor.....real or fictious. That's how I understand it, anyways. Set me straight if I'm wrong.
