Ferndale had a 6.5 earlier this year, i think it was the biggest in the Usa in 2017.

Im getting a bit concerned about the San Andreas fault. As recently as today of a 7.1 quake in Mexico.

Obviously there is movement along the fault.

Just picked up a
Magnitude 3.6 earthquake
5 km from Westwood, CA · 19 Sep., 4:20 pm

Bad place to start a city between two continental plates.

Just observing at that time, correct me if im wrong but Ferndale is on the San Andreas fault line. As noted a site of a few big quakes in the past.

@Mayhem Ohhh yes , the "fault line" were the correct words in english. Hold on while i reformulate... Bad place to place a city where there is a lot of tectonic activity. :)

Even though small the rumbles in CA seem to have been hovering around Mag 3.0 this week.

A little higher than last week.
