Love the pictures, especially the ones showing the mist rising.

Reminds me of the old days of where I live...before urban sprawl took nature by surprise.

Living where you do now must seem so much more relaxed.

I personally never liked 'urbania'.

I love it. Problem is I have to drive into urban traffic-topia to pick up my kids or go to the grocery store.
Will be a lot less in the summer, though.

So, I do a lot of metal detecting on my property. I'm hoping to find remnants of 1800's pioneers or civil war history. So far, I only found rebar, beer cans, and an old pair of sunglasses. Would it be too much to ask for an old horse shoe or a coin?????

During my morning hike, I saw an owl, a hawk catching breakfast, a deer eating by the pond, and huge squirrels..

Ok, not GIANT squirrels, but pretty darn big!
