Besides screwing things up with a metaphorical brainfart, is it possible for a brain to physically fart?
If a brain gets infected with bacterias, some of these might produce methane gas just like in a stomach who lacks the enzymes to break down a certain type of food. But does it count as a fart if the gas is not released? Or could the gas find another way to escape, thus creating a fart burp or ear fart?
Is the inability to brainfart why seemingly smart aliens have such big heads inflated by trapped gas?
- See my big head. No way you can outsmart me. Surrender now, primitive human.
