No, Every country does. I did say that our government stuck it's nose where it doesn't belong constantly. So does everyone else's welcome to the real world.

International law governs the ways in which nations relate to each other, it has no juristiction over criminal law within any nation.

JB, the only one being insulting here is you. Not many people here like the current administration, I don't myself. , but we do respect the opinions of those who do. What we don't like is predijudiced people who attack entire cultures. You've got a pretty distorted view of what life is like over here. I'd be glad to discuss that with you, and to clear up any misconceptions I have about your culture as well. but I won't sit here while you insult my entire country.

If you had taken the time to read and *then* consider where this ILK as you so disparageingly have chosen to view and call us, are coming from, you might be able to realize that none of us are 1. the govt. 2. Have any say in what our govt. does which is very sad but nonetheless very true. 3. At all happy with what is currently going on.

Most foreigners make the mistake of including the common people in our govts. decision making process. That is my humble opinion of what I have seen here.

Nor have I EVER seen any person here even come close to intimating that America is King of the World. Where in the world did you ever come up with that conclusion?
Is that the current news reports in your country? Care to tell us what country you do hail from?

Okay Jesus Bush, I've tried staying out of this one, specially seeing that Sosuemetoo has already cautioned you, but you're getting a tad belligerent, when no one is attacking you. I happen to agree with most of your perspective, but coming in here waving your finger at model members is not gonna cut it. Most of the members here are not pleased one bit with the current administration and its global military escapades. Take a deep breath and chill. You are among like minded people here. Insulting them will not get you warm fuzzies in response. If it's a fight you're looking for go over to anomalies. They'd love to pass the post on you. Now I'm politely warning you to play nice. You certainly have permission and are encouraged to voice your opinion and present articles, etc. to make your case. Continued belligerence on your part will be your exit sign. Why you wanna fight with people who aren't trying to fight with you? Like I said. Chill.

The "ilk" you refer to is a model member here. He offers a perspective from his profession as an LEO that few here share. And get this, HE'S ON THE SAME SIDE AS YOU! He ain't too thrilled with Bushco either. But he's not goading you to make inflammatory statements. Please stop. If the SHTF, I hope I have guys like Darkwolf around. They'll be on the citizens' side, not Bushco. Think about it. No more insults buckshot.

You couldn't be more misinformed. We talk politics all the time, and we have disagreements. But we don't insult one another. You haven't done a whole lot to get in good with anyone so far. Your opinion is not dissenting for most members here. It's a tad on the extreme. You want to dissent, again, try out anomalies. You better be a Bush loving, kill all the terrorists, ongoing global war loving, blindly loyal neocon there, or there is a group of folks that will have fun jackin' you up. When it hits, Cary, I hope like hell that there are a whole lot of people like you and The Wolf around, or the fan it hits will no longer be operable. I would choose to have you guys (and many of our members) in the next room, if I had a choice about it.

You have to have everyone handy in order to talk out these political problems. That's what Americans do.

That's why we recommend to the rest of the world that you make up your own minds who runs things and why. But don't worry about insulting us: it won't stop us from coming to your assistance when you reach your darkest hour.

Ahh!! It's heady moments like these that make me proud to be a Merican and a proud member of this forum.

Aint that the truth though, every other decade we get to go and pull some country that has been wiping it's mouth with us and their kimchee out of the fire.
