they can get rid of any pain or worsen it. you could be shot and not feel it or get a splinter and it can feel like a gunshot.

They could take control of a person's actions effecting others... and we wouldn't even know. Flight 370 could be an example of this. Anything is possible now-a-days in this wild and crazy world we live in.

they can train their people to be quiet for months at a time.this means they can spy on the citizens by hearing there thoughts with out them knowing.
