There aren't too many out there that I personally think are accurate as far as the existing spiritual are concerned, but I did find someone else who can put it into some sort of perspective.

As far as asking questions of whom is around you spiritually, imho,
only you can really know what to ask of them, it's highly personal.
I guess you could ask simply for a name like;
"I wish to speak with my protector,
I think I have seen you and I believe in God. Yet....I have no idea what to call you..."
You have to really mean it...yet speak with true emotion.
You may or may not get a response,
it's a very personal experience,
that's really all I can say.
Consider this,
you see this spiritual energy every day, they see you as well, everything you do, say, etc. is being witnessed.
You're not alone, this how it is or
has been... perhaps a bit longer than you realize.
There's no reason to be frightened.
Curious about..... absolutely!
Black/dark is never good.
I'm going out on a limb here but
I'll be willing to bet you had a negative occurrence of spiritual nature that was dealt with.
This positive response, the bluish white sparks, waves, moving misty cloud looking things...are all there to protect and defend against furtherment of the dark.
You have heard messages through your devices...all positive.
I think your father is definitely watching over you.
You also have these others watching over you....
If you get a response through meditation, that's great,
but never be disappointed if you don't.
Whatever is meant to happen,
will happen, it's not always up to us.
The Light overrules the darkness, always.
Personally.... I think your a very blessed individual to have this positive energy all around you.
Go with it.
But take your time, try to relax.
I feel the Light is there with you always.
