Yes, there are areas where time travel is easier because of naturally occurring phenomena. Most time machines make use of the naturally occurring rifts and use a special duel anchoring method to navigate to the desired time. If the area picked is stable enough, it is one of the safer methods. There are only a few known areas that currently contain stable rifts.

Around the base of Fuji Mountain are a lot of iron lava rocks in the Aokigahara Forest. The trees form a thick canopy, and the cavernous roots, absorb light and sound. It has been suggested that magnetism (which has a relationship with the iron) is attributed to strange phenomenon such as ghosts and time travel.

In other words, what if a time travel machine exists naturally on Earth?
hm ive read a similar or different one about a man changing his typer on a road near a volcano in hawaii and when he opened the car boot to get his tyer lever it levitated out of the boot and into the air , not time travel but maybe a link if there's one
