Depression is not a disability, it's a disorder. A disability to me is like losing your arm. You can't grow it back and you can't replace it 100%. Depression is correctable, but it's not easy, like a cure for a disease. I speak from experience, and I'm not saying depression can't feel like a disability.

Who cares if it is a technical or legal disability....
It's not our business or anyone elses for that matter, and bringing it up in a conversation he's not even involved with is just pathetic.
It's called respect for your fellow man, plain & simple.
