One would have to prove the multiverse exists in court to accept the existence of a duplicate John Titor. To date that has not happened.

I think you must of missed the 2 hour video posted by Rasimus a few years ago exposing Morey Haber as being the poster behind the John Titor story. Morey is Larry Haber's brother. And as I remember Rasimus got Morey to admit he was John Titor. So I doubt there will be a copyright infringement case. Being that the whole story was apparently a family secret.

How did Tom Clancy pass away, natural causes? I keep hearing of people who get too close to various truths get removed in various ways. I recall that the patent office has an ongoing policy of not patenting anything that does not align itself with current science.

So things like antigravity drives, time machines, free energy devices, and teleporters are not patentable. Of course having a working prototype has been known to work in obtaining a patent.
