This sounds like the plot of a cheesy low budget science fiction movie. Yeah, one that is long on fiction and short on science. I still remember teachers telling me that computers are morons. OK, so that means we can never allow them to drive cars. Well, here we are.

Computers are in almost every single home...office...on wrists...in pockets...on street corners..etc.

It's insane to think that a smartphone contains more advanced tech than what 1st sent a man to the moon.

"Alexa...what time is it?"

People have let these things into their lives. Hmmm...

An Ear that is always listening, sitting next to the smart tv silently adjusting the applications of a smart home as it's (possibly) hearing a secretive AI language developed by AI itself that people cannot hear....

Throw in a hacker or two...

What could possibly go wrong?

I'm not nearly as paranoid as this post sounds but, I have to admit, all this 'intel' around us is leading somewhere.

Eloy?
WALL E (the human characters)?
Idiocracy?
George Jetson? Lol!

;)
