And james have not understand ...
The radar SAGE do not display a rotative magnetic field : it is the montauk antenna in the center of the underground base that display that. The sage radar can just display dephased signal. Many pages in the book display that at the end, when the antenna is build, and that was terrible for montauk peoples, amityville is a concequence of this project ( sames dates). The radar didn't display torsion field but Throught form from psychopath medium. :(
Its you who misunderstood what James was saying...Look again at what James said>>>Number 1...Project Rainbow a.k.a The Philadelphia Experiment (Utilising a torsion field in the form of a rotating magnetic field around the Ship)...You can also see again what James said below..

James was NOT writing about the SAGE Radar system at Montauk, he was writing about the ship in the Philadelphia Experiment, The Eldridge, DE-173, a destroyer escort ship that completely vanished from sight during an experiment in radar invisibility in 1943..

You appear slightly confused in your second paragraph that you start off by saying, "Many pages in the book display that at the end when the antenna is built and that was terrible for Montauk people, amityville is a consequence of this project (same dates)..The radar didnt display torsion field but thought form from psychopathic medium"..
1. Project Rainbow a.k.a. The Philadelphia Experiment (Utilizing a torsion field in the form of a rotating magnetic field around the ship).

2. The Montauk Project (an alleged time displacement device born from The Philadelphia Experiment above utilizing a torsion field in the form of a rotating electromagnetic field created by the radar antenna atop the structure)..

From where did you get the information on number 1 and number 2 on your list? :)
Hello TimeFlipper,
This is a good question. This information is from memory of research I did years ago. When I find something pertinent to my research of gravity and time, I just remember it for future reference if nothing else. But, this is something that doesn't need a source. You have your own logic to guide you. We can deduce that all three systems exhibiting time anomalies used similar radar and rotational electromagnetic components. What is radar? A coherent signal that is made to sweep a circular area via a rotating antenna that must produce a rotating electromagnetic field. I think various environments may provide phase conjugation of this rotating signal, that when "bouncing" this signal amplifies any aether energy naturally associated with this field that would provide (in certain circumstances) a gravitational/time field.
As for a rotating magnetic field, we only have to look to Tesla's Egg of Columbus experiment to clarify what we are talking about when we refer to a rotating magnetic field.

Well Marshall more credibility then this guy. By the way his sick editing skills almost had me fooled. (Not). It’s amazing how you can make things disappear all you need to do is edit the video.

I cannot speak to the genuineness of the video, but I can say that he has exactly the right idea to start building a time displacement device. You absolutely must incorporate a rotating field in your time displacement device as per my prior posts. So, kudos for you Scott.

Thank you, James. Jonesy just can't wrap his mind around the fact that someone is on the right path to allowing solid materials (nothing is really solid) to travel through time.

You must have had several failed experiments, Jonesy. Couldn't get your goped up to 88mph could you?

I don’t think you are on the right path at all. Like another user said. There’s no telling if that video is genuine or not. It looks fake to me. Like you edited it to make the device disappear. There’s no such thing as a device just disappearing on its own. Anybody could post a YouTube video like that. I simply do not believe you.
