I would like to begin a serious discussion on the subject of Weather Control or Manipulation. I have noticed that in the past few months there have been current articles in world news sources that have mentioned possible weather control occurring. For example, from India:

The examples that the author quotes leads to this conclusion:
There is a possibility that massive weather manipulation experimentation is taking place which are totally classified. Military research projects involving weather manipulation is nothing new ? many countries are racing towards achieving the capabilities...The massive scale of the same problem gives rise to the fact that there may be some bigger hand involved. In South America and Central America native Indians believed that their Gods used to control the weather on a daily basis. We may be looking the same pattern where ?Someone? is controlling the worldwide weather

This is not the only example. There has been independent research done on this issue by various scientists. One Scientist James McCanney relates sighting the actual laser beam being used to manipulate low pressure regions off the coast of Oregon.

NOAA computer predictions are totally incorrect and have been incorrect over that past weeks for not only this area but also for the affected areas which includes much of the south west USA ... the storms that were predicted to bring water to arizona for example were supposed to be drawing water from a jet stream coming down from alaska according to NOAA weather models (the water in fact is coming from the west and the south pacific) ... this is because the normal flow of the storm cells would have them moving in a totally different manner ... this all started to become obvious some time ago when the storm cells off of Oregon were forming and just setting there ... many times this same storm cell would form and dissipate in a matter of hours ... weather manipulation was clearly occurring... not following the normal seasonal progressions ... i made arrangements to place myself in a position where i could directly measure what i had since become convinced was weather manipulation of these pacific storm centers ... especially after the Florida Hurricane season ... when hurricane Jeanne did the loop de loop in the Atlantic and then headed for the same land fall location as hurricane Frances (i have been watching closely for signs of weather manipulation that i could measure and verify ... i was also confounded by the complete inability of NOAA computer models to predict the hurricane paths and weather in general ... those computer models are pretty bad to begin with but statistically for short range predictions they should have had a fairly good prediction record for the four major hurricanes of last fall and also for immediate weather of the pacific region ... all of this has been clear signs that the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and is so typical of American Black Ops ... when i began noticing this weather \\"strangeness\\" i made arrangements to move into position to make direct measurements of what i now had become convinced were satellites sending laser beams to earth to ignite and move storms ... this was also confirmed when the strange Brazilian Hurricane of last March showed definite signs of manipulation ... on JANUARY 01, 2005 I MADE THE DIRECT MEASUREMENT AND CONFIRMED THROUGH MULTIPLE READINGS BY TRIANGULATION THE LASER SIGNATURE THAT WAS DRIVING THE STORM OF THE WEST COAST OF OREGON as i said from an altitude of 37,000 feet approximately 200 miles west of San Francisco ... as you will see from the attached video clip the central pacific storm is stationary and is fueling the moisture for the second small storm center that has now moved south to be just west of northern California ... this storm is drawing large amounts of moisture and is flooding the west coast area ... this is a clear cut case of weather manipulation to devastate a populated area in the USA ... i have always been suspicious of the extremely large mil satellites that were put in orbit over recent years \\"to listen to the cell phones of terrorists\\" ... you do not need these large satellites for that purpose ... but you do need a large satellite for a high energy laser !!!!! ... i am not giving out at this time any more details ... but i captured the pacific satellite loop for your inspection of the two storm systems ... note that pacific system has been setting in the same location for almost 2 weeks ... the storm system over the pacific and just west of Oregon has been forming and dissipating a number of times over the past weeks as they got their calibration down i suspect ... watch the Oregon storm move southward in the video clip and watch how it drags the moisture from the central pacific storm into california's west coast and also is affecting the weather as far south as mexico ... it seems our boys in blue are doing more than fighting terrorists ... the solar conditions as noted above are extremely severe and erratic and the mil boys are apparently getting their jolly's by making a bad situation worse ...

His statements that the patterns have been changing irregularly and are probably caused by manipulation are further document by weatherologist Scott Stevens at

Scott states that he noticed cloud formations acting against the laws of physics. He notices striking geometric patters like squares and right angels.

He related evidence that hurricanes and other low pressure zones were being manipulated or steered by unnatural forces. He noted that thunder storms were no longer acting normally and cloud formations were being broken up by some means.

He also noticed that Military Jets were intentionally placing Contrails or as some call them Chemtrails in the sky which affects the weather.

Well, this got me watching the skies and weather reports a little more closely that I did before. I began noticing that over the skies in Utah there are many examples of the clouds formations that he described. I also have noticed that everyday there are 9-12 Military Jet Tankers spraying chemtrials in the sky. It has become so bad that I can tell you they start between 8:30 and 8:50 in the morning every day and continue periodically until night.



Scott said in an interview with Art Bell that he feels that this has been going on for a while He feels that there are many groups, (possibly up to 20) that have or are working on this technology and they are not necessarily after the same results. Thus the name ?Weather Wars?. He stated he feels the 7 year draught that we are experiencing in the West is directly related to this activity. He has noticed that the storms that usually come through here are being split of the coast to go south and north.



There is a good example of this going on today. I noticed on the weather report last night that the low pressure zone over the pacific near Oregon was building, then I saw a big Right Angle in the middle of the clouds. It was a brief glimp, but it was there. Then the weather person said, it appears this storm is going to split and go south of us.



James McCenny said in a similar interview that he observed the low pressure that caused all of the record rain in L.A being moved south and stalled. He watched while it taped into the monsoon flow and slammed it into Southern California.



This is pretty wild stuff. What I would like is for others in this forum to keep their eyes open and post strange chemtrails or strange weather formations here so we can see what is really going on.

In the meantime, our suspicsions of ZeoE were unfounded, and he has become a great member. I've read some of what you've put up here already, but it's all good stuff. Some of the wild stuff I've seen about weather control is that it's the Japanese mob teamed up with the Russian govt. Pretty wild, huh? Anyway, I'll look for more info on this.

I've been doing this for that last few months. So i'll share it with you guys. I've keep a complete weather note book.

Temp: High / Low
Wind: Speed, Direction
Rain Fall:
10 Day Forcast
Earthquakes

and a few other things. I've only been doing this for a few months now, but man the
weather people sure dont know how predict weather. Where I live on the 10 day forcast there is always a 20% chance of rain/snow. and if there is a 60% it will always rain/snow. I check and record the weather at the same time everyday. Next, I'm going to start watching for chemtrails to see if they play any factor.

Global warming hots up but not the weather

By now you would think that the idea of global warming was a fait d'accompli but even with predictions of soaring temperatures and the incessant cries of \"global warming\" it seems that things are not so hot on the climate change front.

Global temperatures are yet to exceed the levels of 1998 despite the carbon dioxide emissions for the last six years being about 10 per cent of the total increase since 1750, according the UK's Climate Research Unit and the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. The average temperature in 2004 was 0.45C above the 1961-90 average but 1998's temperature was 0.13C higher again.

?It must anguish the proponents of global warming to see that all this extra gas appears to have no discernible effect.

There is little doubt that certain parts of the world are warming but it doesn't take an expert climatologist to understand that with global average temperatures still below 1998 levels it would seem that many regions are showing only very minor warming, little change or even perhaps some cooling.

Australian average temperatures show a similar pattern to global temperatures with 1998 still the highest in the approximately 85 years of reliable records. Last year's average temperature was 0.45C above the 1960-91 average, a long way short of the 0.84C above that average in 1998. According to the Bureau of Meteorology 2004 was merely the tenth highest on record, behind even the distant years of 1973, 1980, 1988. What's more, two of the six years since 1998 had average temperatures below that 1960-91 average.

?It would be premature to say that we are now entering a cooling phase but it could be a distinct possibility.

The late Dr Theodor Landscheidt, a specialist in studies of solar activity predicted that solar activity will now decline until about 2030 and this will cause a mini-ice age just as it did several times in the last 2,000 years. Whether that prediction will be correct remains to be seen but just now the earth is not warming as quickly as the pundits say that it should.

?But it is more than just temperatures which have raised questions about global warming matters. Just last month the journal Geophysical Research Letters published an article by two Canadian researchers, McIntyre and McKitrick, which disputed the \"hockey stick\" graph of temperature, the famous graph which attempts to show that temperatures in the last 20 years have been the highest in the last 1,000 years. With complex mathematics and statistics they showed that the method used to create that graph would produce a similar graph from even random data. (Pre-print copy available here (pdf file 122KB).)

?This finding has caused quite a stir in several countries with contrary articles appearing in The Wall Street Journal, Canada's National Post and several Dutch newspapers.

The theories underlying climate change were also disputed at a conference at Gummersbach, Germany, on February 18 to 20. Called Kyoto - Climatic Predictions: Meaningfulness of the models and strategies for action, this conference was unusual because global warming sceptics were invited to present their arguments.

?Feeling was running high in Germany following recent strong publicity for Michael Crichton's new book State of Fear in the widely-read Stern magazine with 17 pages devoted to the discussion of climate issues criticising some of the unjustified exaggeration of climate change issues, under the main title \"Climate Catastrophe: a panic scare?\". This was after Der Spiegel, another weekly, published an interview with Professor Hans von Storch in which he described the \"hockey stick\" graph as rubbish and criticised the unfounded hype of potential risks by climate alarmists.

One sensation of the Gummersbach conference was the announcement that out of 500 European climate researchers surveyed, 25 per cent still doubt whether most of the warming during the last 150 years can be attributed to human activities and CO2 emissions. So much for the supposed consensus on global warming among climate scientists. So much also for claims that only a tiny minority are sceptical.

Speakers at this conference also disputed fundamental claims about global warming. Professor Mangini of the University of Heidelberg said with regard to the geological past, scientists are agreed about ice core evidence which suggests that the rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels followed an increase of temperatures - and not the other way round. Professor Gerlich of the Technical University of Braunschweig argued that at 0.03 per cent of the total volume of the atmosphere the concentration of carbon dioxide was simply too insignificant to cause any measurable temperature change. He and Britain's Julian Morris had little time for mathematical modelling with Gerlich suggesting that climate modellers were worse than astrologers, the latter of whom at least observed real planets and their movements.

?Those comments about modelling may well be true if the predictions by Australia's CSIRO are anything to go by. The CSIRO models appear to be unable to accurately reproduce the temperature and rainfall in the last 40 years. What hope is there that their predictions for the next 100 years will even be close?

?In a recent paper in Ecological Modelling, Craig Loehle of the USA analysed 2 temperature sequences of 3,000 years. He concluded, as many global warming sceptics have before him, that anywhere from a major portion to all of the warming of the 20th Century could plausibly result from natural causes.

?On February 25, 2005 David Taverne, a member of Britain's House of Lords, stated in parliament that he was in favour of reducing carbon dioxide emissions but went on to mention several of the uncertainties about climate change. He particularly noted the tendency for the IPCC's draft documents to initially show uncertainties but replace these with more definite statements prior to publication, a process he described as \"sexing up\".

He went on to say, \"There is a sort of political taboo about the issue. If you express doubts, you must be in the pay of the oil industry or a Bush supporter. There is a slight whiff of eco-McCarthyism about.\"

With natural events now being seen as the likely cause of recent warming, the accuracy of models being questioned, growing disquiet about global warming in several countries, more dissent among scientists than claimed, the \"hockey stick\" looking rather mangled, and temperatures failing to behave in the manner they are supposed to - and whether one will attract the ire of eco-McCarthyists or not for saying so - it seems that global warming theories may be headed for meltdown.

If global warming theories are indeed incorrect and carbon dioxide is not the cause, then the primary justification for the Kyoto Agreement disappears, and with it the associated concept of carbon trading, alternative energy systems, and funding for research projects. No wonder a few people are getting a little hot under the collar.

That is pretty weird. My town and surronding area has been having a serious drought lately and everyday I can see up to five of those trails. Creepy.

The whole west has been in drought. Utah in particular is going through its 7th year. This year we did get some good snow in the mountains but not in the valleys. Currently, we are 5 to 10 degrees above normal and have been for a week.

This morning as I was driving in from the valley to park city, I noticed 5 planes over the valley. When I headed over the Pass I spotted 12 planes flying over the Uinta Mountains making Grids.

I just hope this stuff is not toxic. A lot of people have been experiencing lung issues around here. The trails are pretty constant throughout the day here. I can't say what they do at night. Probably more of the same.

The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth\'s atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods.\"

Surely the USA is not doing this to play moral, global, \"cowboys and crooks\" games, rather it concerns the economic debilitation of its declared \"enemies\", for example, as propagated by such international mass media like Fox News, to destroy the \"dictator and tyrant\", Ch?vez, by all means necessary.

Every second, in this current, accelerated, transitional world process, momentous and dangerous things are happening. Albert Einstein\'s theories of relativity and the development of atomic energy are already practically obsolete, they are no more the pinnacles of modern technology. The latest discoveries of Bernard Eastlund, whom very few Venezuelans would know, or ever have heard about him, and Nikolai Tesla\'s Technology are paving the transgalactic flight to the stars, to the Clouds of Magellan.

Hence, in terms of warfare, what is HAARP all about, on what is it based?

As we know, we are living in a severe energy crisis, that is being created artificially, because in reality for a post-production mode, there exists enough energy to serve trillions of living beings and existences in the multi-verses.

The occult US advances in Wilhelm Reich, Tesla and Eastlund Technology, carried out in Los Alamos, and elsewhere, that we have explained in other writings, concern the Pentagon military plans to manipulate the ionosphere, to reduce the unwanted obsolete manual labor forces, to control the climate, and to use it as a weapon against its future competitors for world hegemony. The USA already spent $3 trillion on its nuclear program since its beginnings in the 1940\'s, who knows how much of petrodollars are being used in the HAARP projects?

Surely, the manipulated \"natural\" climatic conditions have to do with this national tragedy, that even reached Colombia, including the claimed warming up of the planet, and the \"green-house\" effects, yet all of them are results of our destructive, capitalist, imperialist production. The main culprit is the USA; Bush claims that signing the Kyoto Agreement again would harm US economic interests, and that instead the \"Third World\" should freely sign it.
