What are Black-eyed Children?

They are legends, myth....I know, I know people have said they have seen them and maybe they have...But fact remains they are just a spooky Halloween tale around a campfire....The article did say that sightings pick up around Halloween though...

The idea of children with all black eyes doesn't seem too far-fetched to me. It could just be a rare, undiagnosed disease.

Yeah but like they knock on peoples doors and give people telepathic hypnotic messages that they need to be let inside
and then when people let them in they fall down on the floor paralyzed and then wake up feeling weird or sick.

They were kids with black coloured contact lenses that first started going around during Halloween of 1996...

The stories about them wanting to be let into houses and having hypnotic type telepathy plus when they did get into peoples houses, the occupants fell down paralyzed, is imho a spoof...

The stories/legend were more than likely concocted by the kids fathers, wanting to see how far they could keep the "Black Eyed Kids" stories going...People in need of attention would make up a visit from those black eyed kids..
