Re: Can the 2008 elections really be stopped?

There is now a second law suit in Washington to remove Obama from the electoral role by another independent person, as he so far refused to prove his US citizenship nor could he prove that he was borne in the US. There is however a birth certificate and hospital records from Kenia which seems to show that he was borne in a Kenia hospital. Apparently he tries to use delaying tactics until after the elections and then it would be very hard to do much about it. Apparently the only way to get rid of him would be to arrest him and give him a jail term for defrauding the electoral process. So it is actually quite interesting to watch what will happen in the very near future. Another thing which legally should make him unfit to go for any government position, even as a rubbish collector, is his self admitted use of drugs during his student days. This is an automatic no no for any position under the present laws.

That is simply not the case.

The Constitution lays out the requirements for federal elected office. There are no "laws" about who can or cannot occupy a federal elected office other than the Constitution.

It doesn't mention anything like what you here claim.

Is it not a fact that any use of a prohibited substance regardless when used stops you from being employed in any government position? It did happen to a friend of mine, he admitted in a book that he were using marijuana during his student days. He applied for a position as a postal employee and was refused for his admission which happened more then 20 years before. Please clarify the law, you can not work as a postie but you can be a senator or even the president is this correct? If so I do feel pity for the US of A, and believe they are getting what the country deserves.

Sorry jurgen I call bullshit on this one! GWB himself was a cocaine addict and he turned out to be a "fine" president! The questions about Obama's citizenship have been hashed over and over again. Do you actually think that the DNC would go this far knowing that Obama could be hauled off the moment he wins? All you've done is proven the fact that you believe the lies that the GOP constantly blow out their asses! It's not the truth jurgen it's actually...methane!

That is OK Chip, that's what we have a forum for to discuss different opinions. We will soon enough see what will happen. I only know that my friends in Indonesia are very happy that a Muslim president might take over the US. The funny thing is that all he has to show is his US birth certificate and no more problems. DNC would not find their own ass hole with both hands, they probably did not even check his nationality and birthplace.

Are you kidding or are you daft? Obama a muslim!!! Jesus! I thought you were a little off on your last post. Now, I'm thinking you're not all here!

jurgen, look up the Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

I shall now correct the GOP spin...

OBAMA IS NOT A MUSLIM! IF HE WERE A MUSLIM THE MUSLIMS WOULD CONSIDER HIM AN INFIDEL FOR CLAIMING THAT JESUS IS HIS SAVIOUR JUST TO WIN THE PRESIDENCY. ONCE AGAIN, OBAMA IS NOT A MUSLIM!

Okay are we clear? Any questions?

Well under Muslim law if your father is a Muslim you are a Muslim, he also went to a Muslim school during his stay in Indonesia. That's why they still consider him a Muslim regardless if he possible changed his religion or not, he can also quote the Koran in beautiful original Arabic, at least that's what people who know him as a child say. If a Muslim changes his religion it is not accepted by other Muslims. That's the way they think. I only can say what the Indonesians think about him. This is not my thinking at all.

Okay, Then I (as a child) was an idol worshipper (Ie Spiderman, and my father). Then in my teen years I was an athiest (full blown with the anger and all). Then in my twenties I nearly died due to a head injury. I healed and came out of the situation a completely different person and began to translate ancient doctrine.

I do not consider myself an idol worshipper, but some fools in a far off land would still consider me an idol worshipper? This analogy equates your understanding of the situation. Obviously very limited thinking is happening on your part. And when you say this isn't you thinking; I agree in fact it's obviously a complete lack of thought on your part at all.

This is your logic. If there weren't a chance that innocent minds can read your post and become deceived I would have simply written LAME as my response to you!
